The Bottegafriulana.it of Roberto Pedi guarantees you the right to withdraw, for whatever reason, from the purchasing contract. In order to exercise such right, you must send a simple communication to us stating so, within 10 (ten) days from the date of reception of the goods (as in Article 6, Paragraph B, Law Decree 185 22/05/1999) and send us the goods within another 15 (fifteen) days from the communication of the Authorised Return Code (CAR) from our Customer Service Department.
On the arrival of the goods, we advise you to verify that:
- the number of the objects in delivery correspond to those indicated in the accompanying document;
- the identity and the quality of the products, indicated on packaging, correspond to that indicated in the transport document that is always emitted with the shipment order;
- the package is integral, not damaged nor wet or otherwise altered;
- the missing correspondence of the object number or the indications, as well as the loss or damage, must be immediately pointed out to the carrier and immediately notified to our Customer Service Department - info@bottegafriulana.it - indicating all the details of the order.
WHO HAS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
The right of withdrawal is classified only to the physical persons, therefore excluding purchases carried out by retailers or subjects who by any title acquire goods for resale to third parties
WHAT DOES IT CONSISTS OF?
The consumer in conformity with the most recent Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n.185) has the right withdrawal from the contract within the term of 10 (ten) days from the receipt of the goods, returning the goods back to the Bottegafriulana.it of Roberto Pedi, who will reimburse the price of the returned goods. It is to be understood that in the case of promotional sales, in which the purchase of a product is connected to that of another product which is sold at a reduced price or given as a free gift, the withdrawal right can be legitimately exercised with the restitution of all products in question, in as far as the special offer was dependent on the purchase.
HOW IS THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT APPLIED?
Before contacting the Customer Service Department of the Bottegafriulana.it of Roberto Pedi, it is opportune to have on hand the following documents and data:
- the original invoice (indicating the code, invoice, customer order number); in the case of partial withdrawal, besides the purchase invoice, the article code is needed
- the banking coordinates on which to obtain the bank transfer refund (Cod. ABI - CAB – current account number of the person registered for the invoice - in IBAN format). Should the purchaser (the name on the invoice), who is the object of the withdrawal, not have his/her banking coordinates, those of a family member or friend can be given making an explicit request and authorising the Bottegafriulana.it of Roberto Pedi to credit the sum to those banking coordinates.
Send via email an undersigned letter which contains a declaration of the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the data necessary (order number, invoice and customer code, which products a involved (identifying them with the article code), as well as the banking coordinates). You must await the attend the communication of the Authorised Return Code (CAR) from our Customer Service Department and send everything back within 15 (fifteen) days.
CONDITIONS SUBORDINATES TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- the goods ordered must be substantially integral;
- according to the law, shipment expenses will be charged to the customer;
- on arrival in the warehouse, the goods will be examined in order to estimate damage or tampering (substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the maximum attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.
