All our shipments are carried out through the use of the main couriers present on the national and European territory. All the packages are produced with the maximum cure, using packing able to protect the contents even in the event of blows or accidental droppings. For shipments of bottles (wines, extra-virgin olive oil, etc), we use special packing with polystyrene inside that, besides offering excellent resistance, protects the products from the temperature differences that could occur during transport in summer or winter months.
The delivery will be made to the address of destination indicated by you on the order module. If at the moment of delivery, the addressee is absent, the delivery staff will leave a message in order to agree another time when the package could be delivered or when it could be picked up from the nearest courier branch office.
In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or deformation, could indicate damage or alteration of the contents, you will be able to refuse the package or, alternatively, accept it and sign the delivery note with the words " With reservation to check contents", so as to be able to control the contents of the package and ascertain the state of the goods. In the event that one or more products are not in perfect condition because they were damaged during transportation, you will not have to do anything apart from returning the damaged package and the products inside and informing us via email or a message on the telephone answering machine. We will see to the replacement of the goods, at our own expense, in as short a time as possible, or, if this is not possible, to the refund of the costs incurred, on the arrival of the damaged package at our headquarters.
