If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products received, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of the goods, returning the goods in question within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of communication of the Authorised Return Code (CAR) from our Customer Service Department. In the case of promotional sales, in which the purchase of a product is connected to that of another product which is sold at a reduced price or given as a free gift, the withdrawal right can be legitimately exercised with the restitution of all products in question, in as far as the special offer was dependent on the purchase. The restitution of the goods is totally the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the packaging and shipping and must take all the necessary precautions to safeguard the goods from any damaging or alteration during transport.
